Beligerant Fraudulant Claims that I owe for a payday loan

I received a phone call from a girl named Jennifer stating that i needed to call them back immediately or else they are taking me to court tomorrow. I returned the phone call to 415-200-0265.

I spoke with a guy with a heavy accent by the name of Ryan and he went on and on about me accepting a payday loan and when they tried to take the payment out of my account it was returned. He also stated that if I didn't pay them today that I would be served with papers and be arrested at my place of employment. I of course panicked and asked him to send me something that states that I owe this and he stated that he couldn't do that I had to pay him first.

I have gotten several payday loans and have paid all of them back. I also asked him what date was the loan taken out on and he could not give me any of the information. He also stated a few times that he was calling from his companies legal department. I thought I was in big trouble.in a paniced state I was stupid enough to give him a friends cc number to have it processed next week. I then did a search for this company to see if I could come up with any information. I found this website and all the bad reports against them. I am filing a police report today and stopping the cc payment scheduled to go out next week.

I also checked my caller Id and he called from 2 different #'s 496-909-8001 and 941-961-8518. I tried calling these #'s and they all don't work.

Please don't anyone fall for this they are bogus and not following the law even if I did owe them.
