I ordered some kind of report??? For $1.97 which was for a trial period. I needed to cancel within this trial period and failed to do so. The next thing I knew there was a charge of $81.97 on my bank statement. When I called them, they told me that since I missed the trial period, the charge was non-refundable.

I never received anything either by e-mail or snail mail from these rip-off artists and I have no idea what this charge is for? Beware those trial periods and be sure that you know exactly what you have ordered, especially from this crooked outfit. This is a dirty way of doing business and I'll never order a trial period again, from anyone.
