Attempted to defraud me

Recd a call a few days ago about my time share at the Grandview in Las Vegas from a Scott. Gave him some information as to size, maintenance fee's, etc. Recd call today from his Manager, Rick. Has corporate buyers interested in my time share, willing to pay $14,100.00! Great deal. Told him to send me a contract with financing in place & he has a deal. He needs $1200 up front for a title search etc & of course my closing check will be $15,300. Told him to have a nice day!!
