The us recovery bureau is such a rip off and i regret the day i took that 3 day class. I paid 860 dollars to get pepper sprayed, handcuffed and ripped off! Agenct carlos merced and john fontanes or whatever his name is deserve to get whats coming to them and i hope they pay for everything they have done.
