USA Classic ripoff scam took money out of my account and didnt know how they did it

I received a letter in the mail with a usa credit card with a number and said they took out 89.95 out of my bank account i dont even know how they got my bank account or how they got my money out i had to change bank account numbers and everything they are a scam i couldnt reach them to find out what was going on had to block all my bank info and i lost 89.95 please be careful so if anyone can help i would appreciate it very much
