Usa Credit Card ripoff - took money out of my bank without permition ripoff business from hell www.usa Credit Superstore.com internet...

I got a e-mail from usa credit card and i filled out the info. Then it didn't say anything about a fee. So i submitted it, then i get a thing from my bank saying they took 149.95 out and now i'm in the negative and i have other fees from my bank.
