On April 15 the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services conducted an investigation (Case Number 0804-10809) and found the business to be employing and utilizing unlicensed sales people in violation of Florida State Telemarketing Laws. The company was ordered to pay a fine of $5,000.00 and properly register all sales reps.
