President Vinitti Inc I have been a victim of a SCAM

I watched an ad about Vinitti Inc which drew my attention. I clicked on it which took me to Vinitti Inc web site.

The web site was attractive with nice graphics and displayed several issues of Home Business magzine and some others which probably had some coverage about this company. What really grabbed my attention was the following:

"Our 100% 90 day Guarantee"

"You'll earn an average of $7,852 each month and every month hereafter by following our simple system, and if you don't, in 90 days we will instantly cut you a check for 100% of your modest membership fee and a check for $3,000! ($7,852 a month is just the beginning). Who else will make you this promise? The Vinitti Cash Flow System is not phone sales, mailing, multi level marketing, cash gifting, real estate, or an online survey program. It is a Professional, Honorable, and Legitimate business opportunity you can be proud of..."

The 100% 90 day Guarantee was highlighted in Bold large size fonts and what followed 90 day guarantee was their self claimed unusual and uncommon guarantee which I admit that I had never seen before and seemed too good to be true. They also claimed that it was a Professional, Honorable and Legitimate business opportunity. All this setup seemed attractive enough for me to opt-in and provide them my personal information.

Soon after I opted-in, I received personal email from Mr. Clement emphasising the guarantees listed above and ensuring me further with the following additinal guarantees:

"I even guarantee you will be making money in 45 minutes or less as long as you follow my directions."

"have that money wired directly to you within 24 hours"

"use this amazing system to make a guaranteed six figure income this year"

He also encourged me to call him on the a phone number provided in the email.

I called him twice and left him messages but he never returned my calls.

On July 11, I decided to purchase their Cash Flow System and paid with my credit card $299.

After the payment, I received login information to access the system that I had just purchased. I spent about 2 hours reading about the system. It did not take me long to realize that it had a very poor quality content, worse than what is usually available either free or at a nominal price. I felt that I wasted my 2 hours reading about something which was substandard and added little value to my knowledge. I realized that I had made a terrible mistake of ordering the system which was nothing more than a Scam.

I decided to cancel my order and sent them email to that effect within 3 hours of my purchase and demanded a full refund. He unfortunately refused to refund my money citing terms and conditions as the reason for doing so. At that time I realized that I had been Scamed.
