Charged for services not rendered for 11 months

For the past 11 months this company has charged me for services that were never authorized. When I contacted the company they could cancel the service but I was told I would need to pay up through and including July.

I never spoke with anyone to authorize this in the first place. They were not co-operative a all in dropping the charges.
