Did Not Receive 30 Day Free Trial As Promised

After being laid off @ end of Jan. I was looking to buy affordable ins. For my children and myself. After looking on the internet, a representative from Family Care called around Feb. 5, after listening to his promise of a free 30 Day free trial I decided to try it, but not till I had him promise that my 30 day trial would begin when I got the info & called a number on the package to activate. (I pd. $60.00 for a one time enrollment fee, $99.00 a mo.) This was wrong, I received my package May 3. When I called to supposedly activate my ins. Card, I was told not only that I didn't have to call but that I had already been billed another month. So, after my specifically asking salesman about how they billed, the day of the phone call, that day, or what? He stated No, When You Get Your Info Pkg. My Free 30 Days started then. Wrong! When I informed the Co. Of what was stated to me & the fact that I didn't receive my info in a timely manner I was told that I could not get my money back, and that I had to cancel in writing! I Cancelled Allright. I spent hours on the phone with different operators from this co. To get my $258.00 back, each time I called I got a different person when I asked for specific person whom I had spoke with before they were no longer there. Fax info to them again, & again. This went on for mos. It's middle of July still have not gotten any money back, not only that, this is an ins. Discount plan, not ins. I know the diifference now. Do Not Do Business With This Company! They Will Totally Rip You Off!!! With Lies And Deceitful Business Practices!
