I never read any where that there was $69.95 charge for their CD purchase, it stated a $1.99 fee would be charged to your credit card, they have you print a copy of the page after you pay and still on that page states nothing. I spoke with a customer services rep for that company this morning and I was basically told I was screwed out of that money and they would cancel my membership. I asked if I could get a refund and return the CD, (I never even used the CD) which I also stated. I was told you have a seven day grace period to decide if you want to keep the CD, which I never seen either. I told that to the rep, he stated he was sorry but that was their policy, he told me I could keep the CD, for what, they cancel your membership so the CD is worthless, I told him they were a rip off company and he told me it was not true because they would not have any customer service if that was true. Beware of this company they will take you for a ride and take your money. All I was looking for was a place to find grants to start my own business. Now I will make sure to read the fine print (when it is available) before purchasing anything online again. Be careful... We work hard for our money. For people like this to be taking it!!
