This report is corcerning retesting that was mandated by the Tennessee Department of Safety advising that I have not been properly tested for issuance of a commercial driver's license (CDL) and my CDL will be cancelled. I was trained and attended SWIFT Professional Driving Academy and completed the course. My CDL are cancel and SWIFT is still want to collect on my student loan. Please send me the contact information if a lawyer is interested in my particular case or is possibly starting a class-action lawsuit.
