My husband pay child support for a child that he provides a home for where she and her mother along with her other siblings reside. The mother doesn't pay any rent so basically she get almost $800 a month plus a FREE place to live. FOC ALSO has him paying support $286 for a child that has not been proven to be his. All his payments are deducted from his pay. FOC has not given a straight answer as to why he is still responsible for the support for the child. I feel some credit should be given to my husband. Please give us some direction as to what to do next.
