This company sent a print of a piece of artwork that I had custon framed for additional fees. The total of the job including their charge near $200. First, after waiting 2 weeks from the time of order I received a phone call telling me they did not have one of the mats that I wanted. After I tryed several times to return their call I only got through to a voice mail and no one returned my call. Then I emailed my instructions to them and the piece was shortly on its way to me. When it finally did arrive I opened it immediately to find that the frame was completely seperated at the upper left corner. And the plastic cover they use over the print was beneath the clips that are used to hold the piece up against the frame and the paper on the back was detached from the double stick tape.

After I got this thing, I called the company to report the damage. I heard nothing for two days when I got a call saying that Fedex will pick it up on this certain day so I should have it out for them. I packaged it exactly as it came and set it outside of my front door. I have since taken this piece in at night and out in the morning every day for the past week.

During that week I have sent nice emails asking them to help me. Then when I sent an angry email, including explitives, I got a response from them which was neither helpful nor useful in any way. Their response to my raging email demanding results was: "Two words: Anger Management!". That was it! That is all they had to say. So needless to say I rifled off another mad email, not angry and not with the swears, but mad.

I just want my money back at this point. I want them to take this crud back and just give me a full refund including the shipping they charged me. Emil, East Stroudsburg, Pa
