Yes, I agree this is probably the worst language software available. Do your research before you buy. I didn't, and they do not return your money. I luckily can file a claim with my credit card company. Full immersion software my a$, it's a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy that's hardly legible, and the audio doesn't even match your workbook. Buyer Beware...
