Forced dispatch and wrongfully terminated

It all started out on April 20 when I told my dipatcher that I am taking my 34 off in my home state, his reply was ok. So my home time would have been on May 1st to May 3rd.

On April 29 i was on my 10 hr brake which started at 1200. I left my truck at about 1300 and was not to come back till 2145. That night i over slept and got back about 2351.in the mean time i received 2 of the same loads. One at 1613 and the other at 1722. Keep in mind I was out of my truck and did not get to the Qual-Com till 2351 at that time I sent a message that I did not have the legal time to do that load.

The next morning I get a call on my cell phone that I am stupid and ignorent for taking money from his company (HAROLD) and cussing at me. Then he told me I was fired and to unload my truck in the yard.By the time I started my truck I received a load to go to L.A. And pick up a load and bring it to Phoenix. When I got there I was told by the week-end dispatcher that was terminated and to clean out my truck. I waited around for 5 days to talk to upper management. Bob, one of the lead planners told me to forget it that it was all a mis-communication and that it never happened and shook my hand and apologized and told me again to forget about it.

I worked for 6 days and was called into the office were I was fired again for the same thing by Harold. He asked me what the hell am i still doing there that he did not know what went on while he was goin and that I was still fired

I have 2 cell phones why is it that Harold or one of his dispatchers could not call me on 1 of my cell phones to tell me I had a load

With this company there is alot of favortism and alot of forced dispatch loads which you could not run LEGAL

Now that this has happened to me I am going to take legal action to the fullist. The person that is giving this co. A bad name is Harold which is in charge of dispatch of McKelvey Trucking Co.

There is alot of drivers hate him to the fullist. This person is going to drag this company down with NO return
