Advertising deceptive

I have send them a $40.00 check "Reprocessing mail at home." May 4 they recieved the check and cash it, and I never recieve anything from them I wrote to them and ask them to please get intouch with me, and they didn't.
I look in the ad later to see are they still in the paper, and they were still advertising that same ad.
I just don't want this to happen to other people.

Please, inform me about this matter.
