I'm a victim of Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. On july 26 i purchased a 2007 mercedes benz c280 from the dealer. I ask the sales man for a car fax report to check to see if the car never been in a car accident before car fax showed the car never been in a car accident. The sales man him self stated that the car was in a perfect condition hi guaratee it. The car come with warranty on it i felt in love with the car i purchased the car. After couple months i started having problems with the car. I called the dealer back to tell them about my situation the manager stated that i need to take the car to a Mercedes Dealer to let them check it. When i got to mercedes dealer they said that car was involve in a mejor car accident. As matter of fact one of the mercedes dealer was the one who fix the car it cost about $22,618.00 to fix it back and they showed me the invoice to prove it. I was so shock when i find out remember i only have that car for couple months now. I called Rick Hendrick Chevrolet demanding for a refund or to trade the car no body want to returning my call specially the manager. I feel like i been taking advantage off sa a woman. I dont know what to do im still paying for the car almost $500.00 a month. I'm still having problems and i find out the warranty company not gonna cover for it because those problems accured do to the previous accident. Please help me out.
