Kept the Money: Contractors Beware

I have done work for caviness constuction here in Arizona for 2008. I have yet to receive any retention payments for my work completed at this time. Me and my attorney have met with the owner several times, and he has promised payments, but has never followed through. I also have contract money and extra work t&m that never has been payed. Caviness construction has been feeding off of small sub-contractors, using them for all there worth, and then discarding them for another.

Warning to all contractors. Don't do any work for these people. They will rip you off!!! I think they are at the end of there rope. I will be filling a suit against them any day now. I know I'm not the only one out there. I never wish anything bad on anyone, but i hope they get whats coming to them. I would be glad to share info with anyone to help there case or mine. This report was written for all my brothers that are out of work, because of people like this.
