Multiview uses the 90 day window to use and abuse people coming into their company. Multiview buys out associations so they can cold call the companies. They then use the provocative by giving them 10% of whatever they sell back to the associations. They say it's warm calling, but in reality it's not.

During my tenure at Multiview I saw how they played favorites. The majority of successful workers at this company were either alcoholics or drug addicts. The best sales associates were the coke heads because they came in with plenty of energy and were motivated to sell!

The biggest issue I had was when going through training I saw the trainer consistently try to rub up on the female employees and could see how discusted they were with it. It wasn't until later to realize I had the same amount of sales as another female, but yet I was being counseled on if I don't meet a certain goal by the end of the week I would be fired, while the female individual who had the exact or less # of sales than me hadn't even been in the office. This was a violation of Equal Opportunity.

Multiview will then contend with Texas Workforce Commission to prove their case against not having to pay you unemployment, they will bring up evidence not associated with the real reasons people quit and in most cases they win unless you appeal the decisions over and over again and waste months of your time just to get a simple unemployment check while you are looking for your next opportunity.

I don't suggest you work at this place unless you can deal with the above. If your a drug addict female who likes to flirt with old men, I would say go ahead and get your paycheck from this place. Understand the amount of "hits" you are giving these companies is completely irrelevant and you are pretty much ripping them off 395 dollars. It's sad but a consistent way of providing money in upper management's pockets.
