Since my kids might read this I will not go into additional details. The only thing I will say is he says I won't let him see the kids or talk to them. All I have to say is, they are 15 and 17 have their own cell phones, and all their activities schedules can be found on the school web site. Contrary to what he has told people there is not or has never been a warrant due to child support in regards to my case. He has never given me cash, but once and I handed that back to him told him to mail it in to the Child support office and made him sign that I gave it back to him. I would swear on my children's lives to that; can he do the same? And his child support only goes back to when I took away co parenting because there was no food in his house, he wasn't taking them to school due to his work schedule, they had no beds to sleep in, and were sleeping in the floor. I have pictures of his apartment foor proof in that. All of these things are facts that my kids can tell you as well, as the legal paper work proves. You can obtain your own copy if you wish by going to the court house and requesting a copy. There were other issues but would be up for interpretation and are ugly details. As to why his over night visitation was terminated, and he could only seem them alone from noon to 6 on Sunday, only the judge knows for sure. Because I wasn't even in the room when that was discussed. I am sure his family will see this and bash me. That is just fine with me.
