This is company does on this very well. Rip people off and ruin the lives of its contractors. Lets be perfectly clear. This is not an isolated incident with one angry contractor. This is how they operate. I'm sure so many of the victims will agree. Any and all attempts to contact them regarding the money they owe you are met with one of the following happening. The cowardly Sam El Haje will either not answer his phone or hang up on you. Sheri Chipman will not respond at all either.

You will deplete your savings in order to fatten the wallets of Sam and Sheri. You will feel like you have landed a great job with the volume of work you receive.
