I have been charged 320 on my phone bill for movies my autistc daughter order because when charter was at my home on 6-20 for service repair the tech didnt put the parintal blocks back on my cable i have had there tech trying to sell my 17 yr old daughter crack cocain and pot charter. Has very poor customer service your lucky if your get to speak to someone who even speaks english thats where and each pearson you speak with tells you something totally different i made it perfectly clear No movies where to be ordered unless over the phone
