Larry Helms, owner of American Elite Homes is operating one of the most blatant rip offs in the housing industry. All the sales pitch and hoopla you hear is just that, total B.S. His "sales" staff is only focused on one thing. Get the deposit and move on. They don't build anything or have a factory and the actual homes come from a company in Virginia! All he has is a "storefront" office claiming to be a big company!
All he is interested in is stealing your hard earned money so he can stay in Costa Rica and stay drunk and molest teenage girls where he wont get caught, never mind his wife and two girls he keeps there!
This guy (and his"staff") have absolutely no experience in building anything, just stealing your money and manipulating everyone around him!
If you want to find out the truth, make him put it all in black and white and sign his name to it! I guarantee s*t will start coming out of his mouth and you will never see anything in writing from this guy if you ever get to talk with him at all!
Do your home work and you will run, not walk away from this low life! Do not do business with this crook!
