Bankers-conseco career assurance, inc said i was to be a secret shopper, sent me a lump sum, 3,970.00 and after chashing it, didnt clear, now my bank is over drawn

I took on what i thought was a part time job, i was sent a check, 3,970.00,600. Was mine, 2,980.00 was to be sent to a western union, 250 was to shoppe with, after all this was done a week or so latter my bank contacted me and told me there check did-not clear. Now my bank is over drawn
