Promise of employment prays on innocent victims

I recently got laid off from my company that I've been at for over 10 yrs. At the age of 40 I was faced with the decision of finding a new career path. I kept seeing this add in the paper to send away for the booklet offering help with the postal battery exam. It garanteed employment or your money back. I figured it was in the paper under the help wanted adds so it must be lagit.

Well needless to say I have not received any e-mails on any testing in the area and decided to call the 800 number for my refund and lo and behold none of the numbers are in service. I went to the web sight and that's when I realized I had been ripped off. Is there any way of getting my money back?
