TESTING AUTHORITY - High Hopes, yet what a DISAPPOINTMENT!

I was looking for a career change and I came across an add on line to apply for a position in the Postal industry. The add offered great benefits and promised so many things, so I signed up. I had to get the study material and the study material was being provided by Testing Authority. I had to pay $139.00, tax included to get the material sent to me. I received the material a couple of days later, study really hard because I thought I was doing something promising not only for myself buy for my family as well. I was working through the steps Testing Authority gave me and I was running into some problems with entering into the different links the steps provided. I called numerous times to the customer service department and had to hold for long periods of time to get a live person and even with talking to an operator my problem was never solve, the operator just told me to proceed on so I did. A few weeks later, I tried logging into my account with Testing Authority and to my surprise the website went to a different website. Confused, I called the Assistance line and again to my surprise the number was disconnected. I've searched the USPS website for any career opportunities and there was no openings. I've tried finding the website to make an appointment for the postal exam through Testing Authority and I could not find any help on their website or from their customer service. When I received my study materials, Testing Authority sent a refund policy and on the policy it indicates that they stand behind their product and its effectiveness 100%, unfortunately I have not seen this statement take any action.
