Unethical, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, unprofessional, insensitive ruthless, uncooperative

I have been deceived into believing amount listed on contract as price of car including fees and interest on loan. This was not only for 1 car, but for two cars. We were led to believe the price of car would be 10,000 each for 2 Versa models. This would include radio, power locks and windows and alarm, since 2 cars being purchased.

It was installed by Third contracted party and work is now not complete and not working. The price of the cars turned out to be 17K and 19K (before all other fees, costing well into the 20ks), a considerable overcharge from what we had expecting on paying. The salesperson Jose aka Jr and Ellen, the finance manager both lied about terms on contract.

Further, management, general sales manager, Phil Delvatto, attempting to cover up by providing what was promised by getting items installed, while I was under impression would get car with all features already included. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The service engine light on one of the cars is on.

No one is being held accountable of the fraudulent sales tactics being conducted at this dealership. I find it hard to believe their business practices are legal. They are the most ruthless, insensitive, and uncooperating people I've ever encountered.

To think I went there just to LOOK at a car, not expecting to buy even 1 car but 2.. What I walked out with is being ripped off, reulting in almost $400 and $300 payments per month, which clearly are outrageous! Do not even think of stepping foot near this dealership, they will lie and do whatever it takes to close the deal!
