After working with the tenant - My Reality, Yvonne Dowland abandons location - opens new location down the street.By contract, she is obliged to pay lease and damages then files Chapter 7 - or that is what we hear - but can't get proof.

She lead us on for months while we reduced her cost only to find out she moved out late one evening. She never appeared for the court date for damages. We now have a judgment against her for the immediate damages and attorney fees.

She reopened her realty company the next day and is doing business. When the collection agency called, they say she is filing Chapter 7 but we can not get proof of it.

Seeing her past honesty (HA)... Is it another ploy to extend out her time and lie to everyone?
