Offered Contract Agreement for Employment, Wanting to pay money forward for a ADMA Certificate to be obtained and Work Visa Permit ASAFO

I applied for a position on my Fianc's behalf sent to a company advertising vacancies on the Byat.com website. An e-mail was returned saying that if you are suitable, the company will be in contact.

The next step is he received a Contract Agreement from this individual Dr. Kelt Hunter from MTC Associates Ghana stating that his application was successful and outlying all duties and responsiblities in this agreement. There was even a reference number, address, etc. On this agreement and made it look very ligitimate.

This was sent on the Thursday, they wanted all documents submitted by the following Monday. We e-mailed Dr. Kelt Hunter and advized that he will try his best to have all relevant documentation ready by that time, but being weekend, we're not sure if he will be able to obtain the ADMA Certificate required.

Dr. Hunter contacted my Fianc on his cellphone and via e-mail to say no problem, they will arrange this from their side to speed up the process. We thaught this is very convenient and they are very helpful. (What we thaught yes)

Next thing is, all documents has been sent through, passport applied for, etc. And Dr. Hunter sends us the details of a banking account stating that we should pay it into this account (e-mail below)

Compliment of the day, this is to confirm the receipt of the required documents from you and i have already sent my secretary with the documents to the concerned authorities for immediate process.

In regards to the ADMA which you are liable for the expense as stated in the contract, find below the payment information of our accountant through MoneyGram transfer which is faster and more convenient due to time factor for the payment.

After receiving this e-mail we realized that something was not making sense. The banking details is of one indivdual and not related to Dr. Kelt Hunter or MTC Associates Ghana at all. We then went back onto the site and found that the complaint was there listing this company as fraudulant.

We left it at that and my Fianc was contacted by this Dr. Hunter today 24/06 to confirm when the payment will be made. He advized as well that they will get the working Visa (Work Permit) for him from their side, all he has today is transfer the money into the same account as given. He can then claim the money back as soon as he starts his employment with the company.

This is when my Fianc decided to tell him that his call is being traced by police and that they are now looking for him. He put the phone down and that was the end of it up until now.
