John Hunter, of Hunter Funding Group (Hunterfundinggroup.com), and his partner, Keith Clark, who operates out of Phoenix, Arizona, whose company is incorporated in Wyoming, agreed to provide Project Funding of $260,000, 000, for my company. All he needed was a deposit of $25,000 from us and he would then provide me $10,000, 000 in upfront cash and then take the remaining loan portion of $250,000, 000 and place that money into Trade, which would have then supposedly netted our company many more millions of dollars after that, to fund our projects. The Letter Of Intent was signed on August and the $25,000 was sent via bank wire to his Mellon bank account in, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Needless to say, Mr. Hunter never produced the funds or the project funding. Since October of we have requested our deposit back. He has promised us over and over, time and again, that we would have our funds returned. To date, that has all been a lie. Mr. Hunter continues to tell us that our refund is pending every week. Mr. Clark is no where to be found. The contract states clearly that the funds are fully refundable within 30 days of request, which has never happened after hundreds of requests. John Hunter, Keith Clark and Hunter Funding Group is clearly a scam. Upon further conversation with John Hunter, he did say that he was in a similar situation with other people, owing them money from the non-deliverable service. It appears that Mr. Hunter was simply trying to cover his own personal expenses while promising something that he had no clear ability to deliver. He clearly scammed us while representing himself that he had the capabilities to conduct this type of business. We would sue him, but he now appears to be in hiding. We plan to turn over all our documents to the various interested legal authorities.
