Adrian is rude, greedy, and doesn't represent her clients well at all. She was more concerned about cutting deals with Citizens than helping her clients. I should of been her priority not making Citizens happy. I will report her to the Florida Bar because she doesn't provide a a legal service that is above par. Her alliance is only for Citizens when she should be representing me (the policy holder). The greedy part had to do with checks that came into her firm. She was more concerned about holding my money than paying me. The rude part was easy... Everytime I spoke to her (or her secretary) they were disinterested and rude. They tell you one thing and then never remember the conversation making you feel like your crazy. She lies and thinks she more important than she really is.
