Sells stock and/or solicits investment in fashion based companies that she abandons and restarts in different locations

Rebel Holiday solicits investment in her Logical Fashion businesses in multiple cities across the United States. The businesses are all based on a system, ostensibly developed by Rebel Holiday, that types the physical characteristicsof an individual and matches them with styles that are most complimentary to the individual. The businesses get renamed periodically using phrases like "designing yourself", "harmony type", "fashion personalization", and "human visual design".

Rebel solicits investment in these businesses, and abandons the business and the location when investors become suspicious because she never completes the plan or delivers product. She is great at getting web sites built and selling her concept, but the only revenues I saw her generate were monies from people she duped into investing.

She took me for $20,000 and several other people for amounts between $10,000 and $250,000. She is under investigation in Md and Virginia for securities fraud. Once you have invested, she will not return your phone calls.

She also starts "funds" where she pretends to invest in companies with the intent to provide returns to investors. Not only does she not generate any returns, she does not produce any reports and protfolio companies end up getting ripped off as well.

Do not invest you hard earned money with Rebel Holiday or any venture she is involved in.
