For those in European this scam has reach the States and trying to take your money. It was postmark from Frankfurt (Germany). They want credit card information and $19.90. Gave you five days to reply. They are targeting seniors and possible people down and out.
It state. Ref: Express Prize Distribution of Up to $75,000 Dollars and list other prizes. I believe this company does not exist and just using mail drops. There is no office information or tax reference number. You will see other reporting this here on usacomplaints.com.
