Pop-up alerting I had some virus trojan something, I purchased $59.00 one time only and was billed $79.99 by aquabilling.com phone #1-800-476-2570 then when I called they cannot help only indicate they are only billing company?

Received pop up alert my computer had virus Trojan, I signed up for protection $59.99 but charge came up for $79.99 and Aquabilling number 1800-476-2570. I called and they could not help. Yet they are billing company? The original number doe customer service 1-888-3180062 witabtt daytime not able to leave message then went to busy signal. Not legitamate
