Our zone bed is already worn out in 2 months. The pump that came with it started making noise and finally stopped working. After contacting the company, I was told it would all be replaced. It never happened. I called and called but still I have nothing but a phone bill. We spent over $3,000 for something that is now boxed up in the garage. The last time I talked to zonebeds.com they told me they would not honor the warranty because we bought our bed on the internet. This company has some nerve selling on the internet and then not honoring the warranty because I purchased on the internet.
