I feel as if I was totally disrespected at the Conyers, AT&T office. I left that place in tears because my concerns were not valued and immediately taken care of. I feel as if the employee/managers who "helped" me were condescending and did not take me seriously. He openly disagreed with another division of his company—the warranty division.instead of immediately contacting them or verifying what could be done (like sending a replacement phone via the mail free of charge), the manager offer to drive my defected phone to Snellville and offer me a $40 phone to replace my PDA. I have referred alot of people to AT&T, particularly co-workers and family members. I am very hurt that my $100/month payments and time was not valued.
