I was going through a modification with my previous mortgage comp. I was given apayment plan for seven months, i made all payments on time then dovenmuele took over my mortgage they send me a letter stating they would honor whatever agreement i had with my old comp. Its only six months and they send paper work to start my modification and everything they requested i send two weeks later i receive a letter that my property is going through foreclosure if i dont pay up balance by 35 days
