Skyauction
Skyauction ripped me off for two mp3 players. They screwed me royally! Don't ever use them!

I bid on two separate mp3 players at skyauction. They had corrupt files on both players. They don't have a phone number at their site only a physical address. I sent them an email explaining the problem with both players over 3 weeks ago. They have not answered yet. I don't believe they ever will. So, in other words, they ripped me off!!! Don't ever use this site!!! There must be some honest sites in cyberspace but finding them is very hard and time consuming. All they had to do was replace or fix them.By not responding to my email, they are basically ignoring me. They don't want to resolve this problem.
