In december 31 i went to meet Aldo Rodriguez with my husband to give him the money to get into the unit, 9323 floweringcottonwood Rd orlando, Fl 32832, property that was managed by Mr. Rodriguez. Then he said that after we gave him the deposit money he would give us the key. The same day he handed us a blank lease agreement and he asked for us to sign it saying " I will come back tomorrow and i will hand it back to you the next day" he said, which he never did. Then the second week, living in this property i sudently i got a call from Mr. David Santiago who is the owner of this property asking me about the deposit that i handed to Aldo Rodriguez (it was nine hundred dollars that me, Brenda Silva and my husband Jaime Colon handed it out to him on the day above. I sent to the owner the proof of our deposit we faxed it and he accepted it. And he said that he will try to get a hold of Mr. Aldo Rodriguez based on his request about the deposit money and my request about the lease that i never got from Mr. Rodriguez. We keep on paying Mr. Santiago the rent every month but also i would like to say that the prorate rent of four hundred and fifty dollars in cash that we gave Mr. Aldo Rodriguez and Mr. Santiago (owner) he never got it as well. Since i dont know who to contact at this point and i am not happy and threated me fair i will like to get my deposit back since they never honored me and my family with a decent call back and we never got the lease that we signed for this unit. And other words our family it been riped off.
