Landlord purchased a 3-1/2 ton unit from him and he delivered and installed a 3 ton unit and will do nothing about it. Contacted Luhec Refrigeration where unit was purchased no one will put the owner on the phone and manager will not exchange unit. Contacted Byrant (manufactor) in NY and they will do nothing. No permits were taken out for installation of unit. Antonio will not take calls or return calls.
