What a deception (training inside)

This experince has been the worst ever they say that you get paid 15 dollars an hour for making appointments but when your application is accepted your not really working there they call it being accepted for the vector marketing sales training seminar. When you comes to training you sit there for about 6 hours and listen to someone retell you what you heard at the interview EXCEPT that you paid by what you sell or how much the choose people knowing that they are easy to get over on and think that we won't take any serious action but i'm here to do so.

The first day of "training" consists of you beind told about a race to sell the most so that you couldhave moe money and practice cutting some rope and leather ant cutting a penny with sissors. For your trainingg you don't get paid to get up at 10;30 and stay till 5 three days in a rowand reciting a booklet given to you to remember and sellproducts which sounds good until you find out that you have to write down 200 hundred people that you KNOW. The next day you come and sign in and they ask to see the two hundred names and if you don't have them you sit secluded from the others to finish your list. The thing that make me dislike this place in particular was the talking about the so called training reps behind there backs that what put me in a bad mood today.

During the seminar we were contiuosly told about a fast brake challenge to help the district manager make more money by making more sales. He contradicted his self today when saying you make money making appointments then going behind him self and sayingyou make money selling the product. I di'nt know what to believe. As the day progressed i felt as the something didn't feel right and was contiuonsly talked about while we recited our presentation. Toward the end we began reciting the booklet i was told to grab my things and come with one of the am's he said" i look as though i don't wanna be here so i guess this is goodbye" without asking me if something was wrong.
