Fraudulent charges on debit card

CLKBANK*com has been deducting $19.97 from our checking account (based on our debit card number) for the last six months. I have filed a Fraud Report with our bank and hope to have the funds returned soon. The phone number associated with the withdrawals is bogus. I have no idea how they were able to target us.
