Took my money and gave me a bogus Windows XP program No Location Listed On Website international—location unknown to my bank

I ordered their Windows XP for under $70 with shipping. I installed it when I got it, along with a second CD that was supposedly an anti-virus software.

As soon as the second program was installed the font changed, the colors on the screen saver and I could not get them to change to a usable font and colors. &possibly a virus, not anti-virus—

Emails sent to them got an immediate automated response and the only personal response was wondering if I had installed the second program. No contact information is available online or through my bank.
