Refuse to get the hint wrote letters didn't get the book they laughing in my face

I want to let you know that i started receiving a bill in the mail stating I owed money for a book that I didn't ask for. Now it has been about 2 months later and I have been writing letters to this company and telling them that i never received this book in the mail so why should i pay for something that i never got. They just don't get it. It is now June 17th and I received another bill after I just wrote them another Letter. Now they are telling me that this bill is Delinquent what can i do to get this taken care of. Please Help!
