I entered into a contract on 7-17-08 to pay off $56,000.00 of debt at $821.00 monthly. This amount was autmatically deducted from my checking acct. Each month.in June I discovered that there were no deductions for May. I attempted tocontact this company but only got a voice message asking me to try back at another time that all customer service agents are busy with other clients. I checked the internet web site for Debt Relief and discovered they had taken almost $8,000.00 of my money and given me nothing in return. I have been dupped for this amount and have to start all over again with another reputable company after 9 mnts. Of payments to Debt Relief USA. File a complaint with the Attorney General of TX. Right away if you have had the same experience.
