US Debt Relief attempted to withdraw money from my checking account without my authorization. My daughter has my information because her insurance is withdrawn from my account.US Debt Relief contacted her... She did not call them... And she thought their help would be beneficial. She then phoned me... And I "googled" the company, it was not a good report and I informed her that I would not approve this withdrawal. She then phoned the company and cancelled the contract... Yes, this was confirmed by myself just today... However they now say the cancellation must be done in "writing". Due to their attempt to withdraw the 150 dollars from my account, several checks were overdrawn. Thanks to a good bank, they did not bounce, however I now owe over 100 dollars in overdrawn fees.
Do not do business with US Debt Relief... Supervisor Ray Delash or customer service rep Jonathon Skerritt. They will lie through their teeth to you.
