Takes funds from debit card Out Of Country

I hav been chrgd 2 times for this company. The ph# they list on site is invalid. Was Charged 47.88 &. 48 for foreign fee. This is the 2nd time. I am going to notify the bbb & visa is going to look into it. On my statemt are the # 491714950162DE DE. I am nt sure if this is a country code & number or what. I had to cancel my visa so this insanity will stop. I never signed up with them nor have heard of them until yesterday. Needs to be reported to government for legal action. Thanks, Nylaine
