Defaulted on final payment of rent

Hershel Mark Womack and his wife, Allison, rented a house at from my husband and me for 1 year and defaulted on their July and final payment of $467.50.

That does not include the cost of cleaning up after the slobs. While going through the trash that they left at the property, I found a statement from one of Allison's former employers, Wal Mart, that she had stolen property from the store.

My husband did not want to bother pursuing this matter in small claims court because we recouped the money with the sale of the house. He said that people like that usually have credit that's already ruined. The least I could do was to file a report here.
