Ripoff - Misrepresented themselves, got my account information to make recurring charges rip-off scam dirt bags

I was contacted by this lady and I gave her my bank information. She made it sound as though I had initated the whole deal. They debited my account for 19.95 for this extra membership program when, in fact, I told her I did not want it.

She said it was free for the first 30 days and then I could cancel if I still did not want it. I said, no thank you. She said OK. Meaning, the $19.95 charge should never appear on my statements. Well guess what, not even 24 hours later, $19.95 was deducted from my account by USA Platinum.

It just so happens they would have taken out $19.95 every month if I have not seen it.

Don't give anyone any information over the phone. USA Platinum is a rip off.
